Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at ReviveMane. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- All online orders with a final cart value above ₹250 are eligible for processing.
- Average processing time: 1–7 working days, depending on your location.
- During sales or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
- Day 1 is counted from the next business day after placing your order.
2. Delivery Time
After your order is processed, our logistics partners (Delhivery / DTDC / Bluedart domestically, DHL internationally) will pick up your shipment.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days within India.
3. Bulk Orders
- For wholesale, corporate gifting, or bulk purchases, contact: info@revivemane.com.
- Bulk orders require full advance payment.
- Bulk processing time: approximately 7 working days.
4. Freebies, Coupons & Discounts
- Freebies or coupons may be included based on order value or product type.
- Two coupon codes cannot be combined.
- Freebies and discount codes cannot be combined for the same order.
5. Order Processing & Modifications
- You may modify your address/contact only before the order leaves the warehouse.
- Items in the order cannot be changed once confirmed.
- No refunds or returns during SALE periods unless there is a discrepancy.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or system errors.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for addressing any product discrepancy.
- Special delivery requests are not guaranteed as they depend on courier partners.
International Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch & Delivery
International orders require 12–15 working days for dispatch and delivery. Customers receive timely email updates about order status.
2. International Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges apply to all international orders. Customs duty, VAT, import fees are NOT included and must be paid by the customer.
3. Customs & Import Duties
- Custom charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
- If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, the shipment may be destroyed by authorities & no refund will be issued.
4. Discrepancies
Unboxing video is required to process any issue related to wrong, missing, or damaged items.
5. Extra Charges
In rare cases, extra customs or handling charges may apply. These orders cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders
If cancellation is requested within 5 hours of placing the order AND the order is not yet processed, a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation After Processing
Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, a cancellation may be allowed, and a credit note will be issued.
3. Returning Undelivered Orders
If you refuse delivery, once the parcel returns to us, a **credit note** will be issued. No refund will be provided.
4. Partial COD Order Cancellation
A deduction of ₹50 will apply for cancellation of partially paid COD orders.
5. Allergy / Sensitivity Disclaimer
Please perform a patch test before use. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted due to allergies, fragrance dislike, or colour variation.
6. Order Cancellations by ReviveMane
Orders may be cancelled due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Technical issues
If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be issued automatically.
