Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ReviveMane. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Communication & Refund Process

• We will notify you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional details are required.
• If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated.
• Refund will reflect in the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
• If the refund does not appear after 7 days, please contact your bank for verification.
• Customers may return a product within 3 days ONLY if the item is damaged in transit and after our customer support team has confirmed eligibility.

2. Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders

If a cancellation request is made within 5 hours of placing the order AND the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation of Processed Orders

Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. In rare exceptions, if cancellation is accepted post-processing, a credit note will be issued for the same order value, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations

As part of our efficient order handling process, we strongly discourage cancellations after an order has been packed or shipped.

5. Charges for Cancellations & Returns

• ₹50 will be deducted for cancellations after the order has been processed.
• ₹100 will be deducted for return-to-origin (RTO) orders that have already left the warehouse.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include additional shipping charges as shown during checkout.

6. Reward Programme Policy

• If reward points are used in an order and the customer requests cancellation, the used reward points will not be issued again.
• Not all coupon codes can be combined on a single order.
• The minimum order value to redeem reward points is ₹499.
• A maximum of 10% of the order value can be redeemed via reward points.
• No reward points are given on COD orders.
• Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

ReviveMane never conducts any contests offering free products, cash prizes, or giveaways. We will never ask for sensitive personal information such as CVV, PIN, OTP, or passwords. Please do not respond to fraudulent messages or links claiming otherwise.
